Leaders Communicate

in Other

Here's David Chadwick with today's Bible Minute.

Here's a great and significant leadership truth that I've learned through the years. Whatever people aren't up on they're down on. Said a different way if people don't know what's going on, they get really discouraged.

So if you're a leader today no matter what the situation may be, communicate. Then communicate some more and communicate some more. You just can't over-communicate with people if you're a leader today because people realize when they don't know what's going on, they become anxious and nervous and you as the leader sense that nervousness and they can't perform as you want them to perform.

So remember this great leadership truth. What people aren't up on they're down on and that should allow you to communicate today not once, twice, but over and over and over again.
