The Judgment Seat of Christ - 2

in Salvation Second Coming/Rapture/End Times

Yes, the Christian will face judgment. We'll explain with this Bible Minute from 2 Corinthians 5.

The Judgment Seat is reserved for people who have trusted Christ. If we weren't saved, we wouldn't even be there. This is judgment of our works. This is a judgment of our life after salvation. In 2 Corinthians 5:10 it says we're going to be judged for the things "done in our body." Not judged on what we were, who we were, or what we did before we became a Christian. All that's taken care of. In fact, it says "there is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus" in Romans 8:1.

The Judgment Seat of Christ is the judgment of our works, our lives, our stewardship, our service to the Lord God. You are there being judged because you are a Christian. And what's being judged is your life of service to God.
