What is it like working for a Christian ministry?

Back to the Bible runs like a secular, non-profit business from an operations standpoint. Employees must meet deadlines, work within budgets, report to supervisors, have performance reviews, etc. But the differences of working for a Christian ministry compared to a secular workplace are extreme. Each employee is part of Kingdom building. No matter what an employee's role is, his or her work is part of God's plan. We are all about teaching what the Bible says, what it means and how it applies to life. But it's more than that. We desire to see lives transformed by the power of engaging in God's Word on a regular basis. And lives are being changed. We are not an evangelism-focused ministry, but we receive notices every day of people who have accepted Jesus as their Savior because of Back to the Bible. Our desire is that people who want to work here believe they are being called by God and want to be challenged to grow in their personal walk and engagement of His Word.

Is Back to the Bible an equal opportunity employer?

Back to the Bible is a nonprofit organization as well as a faith-based religious organization. Pursuant to the Civil Rights Act, Section 703, Back to the Bible has the right to, and does, hire only candidates who agree with Back to the Bible's Statement of Faith and profess Christ as their personal Lord and Savior.
