Leaders at Back to the Bible will:

• Seek the Lord’s will and direction for this ministry.
• Exercise financial accountability.
• Encourage your relationship with Jesus Christ through corporate prayer and Bible reading.

• Provide work that is meaningful and challenging.
• Promote an environment that encourages open and constructive dialogue.

• Foster dignity, respect, inclusiveness and freedom from prejudice.

Back to the Bible employees will:

• Grow in their personal relationships with Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.
• Serve as consistent witnesses for Jesus Christ by maintaining a courteous, Christ-like attitude in dealing with people within and outside the ministry.
• Conduct themselves consistently with Back to the Bible's Lifestyle Standards.
• Take on assignments critical to meeting ministry objectives.
• Demonstrate a high level of commitment to achieving ministry goals.
• Continually monitor their methods in order to address future ministry needs.
• Seek out feedback and suggestions for personal growth and improvement.
• Take personal ownership for the responsibilities that are assigned to them.
• Exhibit no prejudice in interactions with co-workers or ministry partners.
• Strive to work with all their hearts, as working for the Lord (Colossians 3:23).
