Job Description

Purpose: to coordinate and organize 411God production elements, freelance travel, and in house scheduling. The Production Coordinator's primary goal is to ensure that 411God production elements are handled and communicated in a professional and timely manner.
Major Responsibilities: Production administration, coordinating travel, working with social media to help market 411God and coordinating production of all 411God Projects.
Qualifications Education and Experience:
(A) Graduation from high school
(B) Two (2) years of experience in related work, or
(C) Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Necessary Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
(A) Skill in keyboarding, word processing and excel spreadsheets; skill in managing monthly, quarterly and annual processes; skill in office organization and record-keeping; skill in research; skill in grammar, punctuation, spelling and proofreading; skill in communications, including listening, talking and writing; skill in creating a favorable first and lasting impression; skill in multi-tasking; skill in "selling" the ministry to others and creating WIN/WIN situations;
(B) Ability to carry out assigned projects to their completion; ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing; ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees and the general public; ability to understand and follow instructions.
