Purpose:
To promote and expand the reach of Back to the Bible's ministry goTandem and through personal interaction.
The Director of Interpersonal Communications' primary role is manage and lead the interactive elements of our spiritual growth tool.
The primary goal is to make the goTandem interaction as effective as possible.
To train and equip Spiritual Growth Encouragers to offer action-oriented biblical encouragement, accountability and prayer to goTandem users.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Recruit potential Back to the Bible employees as well as volunteers as Spiritual Growth Encouragers.
Monitor goTandem interactive closely to make sure our Spiritual Growth Encouragers are in-line with our guidelines.
Maintain quality monitoring in order to gain valuable feedback from goTandem users to assure maximum effectiveness for the end user.
Provide training for Spiritual Growth Encouragers as well as churches or ministries that decide to incorporate their own Encouraging.
Create and maintain training materials for Spiritual Growth Encouragers both in print and online. Act as the "go-to" person for Encouragers with questions or concerns, etc.

| Qualifications |
- Graduation from high school
- Must have a 4 year college degree
- Must love the Bible and be skilled and gifted in making the truths of the Bible clear in how they apply to life.
- Must have a proven record of effective spoken communication.
- Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
