A lot has changed about the world since May 1, 1939--the day the Back to the Bible broadcast was officially launched. But one thing hasn't: God's Word.
Warren W. Wiersbe served for ten years as General Director and Bible Teacher for Back to the Bible. Dr. Wiersbe authored more than 80 books, including the best-selling "BE" series. He was known as a "pastors' pastor," and his speaking, writing and radio ministries brought new understanding of the truths of God's Word to people around the world.
In this series we want to highlight the ministry of Warren Wiersbe. Popular pastor and author, Dr. Wiersbe was also Bible Teacher at Back to the Bible through much of the 1980s.
