Return Policy Last updated: July 23, 2026 At the Back to the Bible Store we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Returns You may return most new, unused items within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be: In the same condition that you received it ā unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase How to Start a Return Email us at support@backtothebible.org with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll respond with return instructions and the return shipping address. Please do not send items back before contacting us. Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect ā in those cases, we'll cover the return shipping and send a replacement or full refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can't guarantee we'll receive your returned item. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5ā10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us at support@backtothebible.org within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs. Non-Returnable Items The following cannot be returned: Digital products, downloads, and ebooks (once accessed or downloaded) Gift cards Items marked "final sale" Exchanges Need a different item?
