It's only when we are working together that we can stand strong against the lies that try to infiltrate the church.

It's tempting to want to keep a good thing to yourself. And the love and support that comes from a solid Christian community is a very good thing. That's why, as Paul tells us, we ought to be doing all we can to invite new people into the fold. Paul shares some advice on how to do this.

The importance of Christian community cannot be understated. The love and support we get from a strong family of believers can carry us through many storms. And it's the "storm" of the final days that Paul warns Timothy--and us--about as he continues his letter. As the world gets worse, our love ought to grow stronger.
