2 Timothy 4:6-7
6 As for me, my life has already been poured out as an offering to God. The time of my death is near. 7 I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, and I have remained faithful.
Paul was aware he was near death. Most think he was eventually beheaded by the Roman government. He considered his life as having been poured out as a drink offering to the Lord. Paul was viewing his life as the Greek games. He had fought a good fight and finished the race. He had been faithful in that he kept the rules.

Have you considered there are rules to be kept in the Christian life?
RESPOND
One should keep the moral law of the Ten Commandments, with the exception of the Sabbath day (see Colossians 2:16-17). Rules mentioned by Paul are such as found in Ephesians 4:17-32. See also Colossians 3:18—4:6. These passages tell believers how to act.
