Anger takes up head space and emotional energy. It’s not good for your blood pressure, and worst of all, it tempts you to say and do things you can’t take back! Thankfully there is a better way. Today Shannon Lenz coaches you on how to handle anger rather than harbor it!
WIN TODAY CHALLENGE: Take your anger to the Lord in prayer NOW. Don’t allow it to fester overnight or for days (or even for a few weeks). Ask God to give you wisdom in how to handle the situation and to help you put Ephesians 4:31-32 into practice: “31 Let all bitterness and wrath and anger and clamor and slander be put away from you, along with all malice. 32 Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you.”
