Welcome to God’s Family!

We’re so glad you’ve said “yes” to Jesus. This is the beginning of a brand-new life—and you don’t have to

walk it alone. Jesus is with you every step of the way, and so are we! Here are some simple steps to help you grow in your new faith:

Read God’s Word (Start in the Book of John)

The Bible is how you get to know Jesus—His love, His truth, and His promises for your life. Start with the Gospel of John in the New Testament. It’s a great place to learn who Jesus is and why He came.

Try this: Read a few verses each day. Ask, “What does this show me about Jesus?” or “What does God want me to remember today?”

Try this: Stay connected through daily Bible content and encouragement on our YouTube channel or at backtothebible.org.

Talk to God Every Day (Prayer)

Prayer is simply having a conversation with God. You can talk to Him like you would a trusted friend—anytime, anywhere.

Try this: “God, thank You for loving me and saving me. Help me trust You more and learn how to follow You.”

Find a Church or Faith Community

Being with other believers helps you grow stronger in your faith. You weren’t meant to walk this journey alone.

Try this: Look for a local church that teaches the Bible and helps people follow Jesus. Or join a small group online or in your area to stay connected. If you know someone who goes to a church, ask for their recommendations, or ask if you can join them.

Tell Someone About Your Decision

Sharing your story helps your faith grow. It’s also a way to encourage others.

Try this: Tell a friend or family member: “I’ve decided to follow Jesus!” Invite them to explore faith with you.

Keep Asking Questions and Learning (Stay in touch with us!)

Faith is a journey, and it’s okay to have questions along the way. Keep seeking. Keep growing. God welcomes your curiosity.
