Pay It Forward - July 13

Have you gone through a season of loneliness in the past? And have you seen how God provided for you in those times?

Bible Verse: 2 Corinthians 1:4

who comforts us in all our affliction, so that we may be able to comfort those who are in any affliction, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.

Reflect and Respond: Have you benefited from someone comforting you in the midst of your loneliness? Pray for God to guide you today in bringing comfort to another person in your life. Text, email, send a card, or simply give them a call to lift their spirits!

Prayer: Father, thank you for being with me today and everyday.  Please bring to mind someone I can share that same comfort with today.  I trust you to guide and direct me in this, and prepare the heart of that person to receive the hope you offer.  Amen.
