RECEIVE
Titus 1:15
15 Everything is pure to those whose hearts are pure. But nothing is pure to those who are corrupt and unbelieving, because their minds and consciences are corrupted.
Paul let it be known how false teachers had minds and consciences that were corrupt. Such people could not be counted on to teach the truth. Not only were they corrupt, but they were unbelieving. They rejected believing in Jesus by faith and becoming right with God.
REFLECT
You should not listen to those who have notions about the Bible but who do not believe what it teaches.
RESPOND
Read what Paul wrote the Corinthians in 2 Corinthians 11:1-4. He was warning them about those who were false teachers. He wanted them to remain steadfast in the truths they had been taught about Jesus. Read also what he wrote in Galatians 1:6-9.
