RECEIVE
Titus 2:15
15 You must teach these things and encourage the believers to do them. You have the authority to correct them when necessary, so don’t let anyone disregard what you say.
Titus was being instructed by an apostle who had received direct revelation from God. Paul told him to teach what the former verses had instructed and to correct others when necessary. Paul told Titus not to let anyone ignore what he had to say.
REFLECT
Although you do not have an apostle telling you what to do, you have the completed revelation of God in the Bible and that is more than what Titus had. Be thankful for those who had the skill to translate it into your heart language.
RESPOND
Join with a friend in reading Ephesians 4:17-18. By the word “Gentiles” Paul was referring to those who did not have God’s law. Today they would be called “unbelievers.” Paul was speaking with the Lord’s authority when he wrote this.
