We all have faults, so it’s easy to criticize others. But is it helpful? Today, Spiritual Fitness Coach Gary Dunker walks you through a biblical filter to help you lift your hands in prayer rather than point your fingers in criticism.
When you are tempted to criticize others, stop long enough to open your closed fist and raise your two hands—open palms--toward heaven and ask God to forgive you the wrongs you have done against Him. God is ready to forgive you—therefore; you should forgive others and, in love, suspend all harsh criticism.
