For I have always been mindful of your unfailing love and have lived in reliance on your faithfulness.

Family Quest

Grab some construction paper, scissors, markers, glue, and glitter. Have each person cut their paper into the shape of a star. It can be one big star or a couple of smaller ones. Decorate the stars with markers and glitter. Take some time to imagine what it must be like to be in outer space. Talk about the stars, sun, and planets. Discuss how awesome it is that God made all of it. How He knows all of the stars, animals, and people in our world. He is truly majestic!

Talk It Out

· How big is God?

· Do you think He enjoys all of the wonderful things He created? Does He enjoy you?

· In what ways is God majestic?

Parent-Child Connection

It’s amazing to think about how majestic God is. But it’s even more amazing to think that He knows and cares about each and every one of us. That’s right. The God of the universe chooses to be in relationship with us. It’s hard to believe when we stop and think about His majesty. Loving and caring for each individual is one way that God shows how big He is. No one else even comes close to being capable of such love.

Talk to God

As you pray, encourage your child to (1) thank God for creating us and (2) ask the Lord to help her always remember how majestic He is.
