TRAINING FOR WHAT MATTERS MOST
“Train yourself for godliness; for while bodily training is of some value, godliness is of value in every way, as it holds promise for the present life and also for the life to come.”
At Back to the Bible, we believe spiritual growth doesn’t happen by accident. Just as physical strength comes through daily exercise, spiritual strength grows through daily engagement with God’s Word.
That conviction is at the heart of Spiritually Fit Today, a brand-new podcast and videocast
hosted by Arnie Cole, CEO of Back to the Bible. Built on fidelity to the Bible and fueled by decades of research at the Center for Scripture Absorption, Spiritually Fit Today helps believers take practical, consistent steps toward lasting transformation.
Each episode blends biblical truth, personal reflection, and real-life stories to help listeners strengthen their walk with God. The goal is not perfection, but progress—a day-by day “spiritual workout” that builds endurance, resilience, and joy.
The launch of Spiritually Fit Today marks a new season for Back to the Bible. In a world filled with spiritual noise and digital distraction, we want to meet people right where they are. Whether they are driving to work, walking the dog, or cooking dinner, they can hear God’s voice in the midst of daily life.
And this is only the beginning. Alongside Spiritually Fit Today, Back to the Bible is developing a growing network of podcasts designed to reach people at different stages of their faith journey. Talk’n Truth with Dan Whitney (a.k.a. Larry the Cable Guy) and Bryan Clark brings honest, down-to-earth conversations about faith and culture. Alive & Sober with Reno C shares stories of recovery and redemption through Christ. Future podcasts will continue this mission, helping people move from hearing Scripture to living it out.
Each program is recorded and filmed to be accessible on all major platforms—YouTube, Apple, Spotify, and BacktotheBible.org—so that you can watch or listen wherever you connect best.
As we look ahead, our prayer is simple: that every listener will become more spiritually fit, grounded in Scripture, and ready to share God’s truth with others.
We invite you to listen, subscribe, and share Spiritually Fit Today. Together, we can train for what matters most: godliness that holds promise for this life and for the life to come.
