BACK TO THE BIBLE DAILY

In today’s episode of Back to the Bible Daily, Braden Pedersen explores what the Bible says about comparison, focusing on Galatians 6:4–5. Discover how comparison can distort your perspective and how Scripture redirects your focus to your own journey and calling.

ADDITIONAL STEPS:

STEP 1 - RECEIVE

(Receive God's Word and Grow in Bible Knowledge)

Talking to your earthly father is one thing, but how do you talk to your Heavenly Father? Turns out, it isn't hard to do, but even Jesus realized we might need a little guidance, which is what you'll get in today's message!

STEP 2 - REFLECT

(How does this Scripture Apply to your life?)

What are your goals when it comes to your temper? What steps are you going to take in order to reach those goals? If you'd like a little help, Coach Mark is here to share from God's Word and his experience as a physical fitness trainer to help move you closer to your goal of not being ruled by anger.

STEP 3 - RESPOND

(How will you Win Today?)

Anger. We all have it at times. Some more than others. But how do you respond to such a powerful emotion? How did Jesus respond? Lydia Robertson coaches us on anger.

The next time you feel anger, ask yourself, how does God want me to respond? Then pray that He would show you how to act and speak to the situation with His compassion, patience, and kindness.

STEP 4 - REVEAL

(How will you reveal Jesus to others today through praying and sharing?)

With so much going on in the world today, it can be easy to harden our hearts to the needs of those around us. Asa leads our prayer time today asking God to soften our hearts so that we can be a blessing to others.
