BACK TO THE BIBLE DAILY
In this episode of Back to the Bible Daily, Braden Pedersen explores the true meaning of grace through Ephesians 2:8–9. Discover how grace is God’s unearned gift, not a reward for works, and why understanding this truth frees us from spiritual pressure. Learn how living from acceptance in Christ transforms obedience into joy and deepens gratitude for God’s love.
ADDITIONAL STEPS:
STEP 1 - RECEIVE
(Receive God's Word and Grow in Bible Knowledge)
Relationships are built on honesty. That includes your relationship with God. So, when you talk to Him, don't hold back. Be honest. Today's message explains...
STEP 2 - REFLECT
(How does this Scripture Apply to your life?)
Pride tells us that we can be masters of our own little kingdoms. And to an extent, that's correct. But pride isn't telling us the whole truth! Today Celeste takes us to the word of God to uncover the lie of pride and to point us to a life of true and lasting joy.
STEP 3 - RESPOND
(How will you Win Today?)
A heart filled with pride leaves little room for Jesus. Today Sherri helps you see pride for what it is, identify it, and take steps to kick it out of your heart!
Confess your self-pride to God. Then repent, turning AWAY FROM pride and TOWARD God, asking Him for forgiveness. Finally, continue to learn more about Jesus and follow His example of humility!
STEP 4 - REVEAL
(How will you reveal Jesus to others today through praying and sharing?)
"How's it going?" "Just fine." Gary leads our prayer time today encouraging us to give glory to God in every circumstance--even those conversations that we barely think about.
