BACK TO THE BIBLE DAILY

Do you ever feel alone, even in a crowded room? In this episode of Back to the Bible Daily, Braden Pedersen explores Psalm 139 and the comfort it offers to those struggling with loneliness. Discover how God's presence is both personal and constant, even in the darkest seasons of life.

SPIRITUALLY FIT | TODAY

How’s your fourth quarter going? In this episode of Spiritually Fit Today, Arnie Cole welcomes Wayne Peders0n to discuss what it means to finish well in life and ministry. Drawing on 2 Timothy 4:7 and research on Christian leaders, they explore the challenges of staying faithful, the importance of spiritual disciplines, and how setbacks can deepen our dependence on God.

ADDITIONAL STEPS:

STEP 1 - RECEIVE

(Receive God's Word and Grow in Bible Knowledge)

As Paul draws his letter to the Colossians to a close he leaves us with some advice on dealing with unbelievers. He reminds us that we are always on display for Christ. And as he sends his greetings, we get a glimpse at how the early church fellowshipped with one another.

STEP 2 - REFLECT

(How does this Scripture Apply to your life?)

The old joke says we shouldn't pray for more patience because God will find a way to grow our patience by testing it. But, as one of the fruits of the spirit, patience is a vital part of the Christian's life. Shannon is here today to share how God helped her grow her patience.

STEP 3 - RESPOND

(How will you Win Today?)

We don’t have to wait for many things in our society today. But waiting on God – that's an important part of growing spiritually. Coach Justus shows you how to Win Today with patience!

Choose patience today as you wait on God and others, remembering that God’s plan for you is better than anything you or I could even imagine!

STEP 4 - REVEAL

(How will you reveal Jesus to others today through praying and sharing?)

Progress, whether in spiritual fitness or physical fitness, rarely moves in a straight line. And when we're pursuing godliness, the setbacks can seem especially frustrating. Caleb is here to pray for us that we would have patience in those times and trust that God is still with us.
