STEP 1 - RECEIVE
(Receive God's Word and Grow in Bible Knowledge)
Life, in general, is hard for anyone to navigate alone. The Christian life is doubly challenging. That's why Paul in his letters, time and again, reminds us of the necessity of discipling and mentoring each other. It's only when we are working together that we can stand strong against the lies that try to infiltrate the church.
STEP 2 - REFLECT
(How does this Scripture Apply to your life?)
Look around the world, and there's no denying that we have become an "instant gratification" kind of society. Tasks that took our parents or grandparents hours to do can now be accomplished in minutes or even seconds. Unfortunately, this can have an impact on our spiritual life. Donna is here today to encourage us with some wisdom from the Bible that will help us persevere even when things take a more than a couple minutes to happen.
STEP 3 - RESPOND
(How will you Win Today?)
Would you be more patient if you knew that today is the day Jesus comes back? That’s the challenge Coach Kate poses as she helps you reprioritize life and reset your heart with a little more patience.
Say out loud right now, “Maybe today is the day.” And tomorrow, when you open your curtain in the morning, say it again. Make a habit of turning your mind to the coming of the Lord and patience will come with it!
STEP 4 - REVEAL
(How will you reveal Jesus to others today through praying and sharing?)
Mark leads our prayer time today asking for God's presence as we walk through life and His help in growing in patience and perseverance.
