PERSONALIZED WORKOUT OPTION:
Exciting news — adapt today’s spiritual workout to what’s happening in your life right now. Our new digital librarian will pull personalized content for your workout and guide you through four simple steps to help you apply Scripture to your life today. Try it out HERE>>>
STEP 1 - RECEIVE
(Receive God's Word and Grow in Bible Knowledge)
Paul wrote a second letter to Timothy, and it's probably the last letter of his that we have. Written from prison, Paul reflects on the blessings of fellowship he with Timothy and others. He reminds us to be grateful for the believers we have in our lives, and he encourages us to be that faithful friend to someone else.
STEP 2 - REFLECT
(How does this Scripture Apply to your life?)
"You can learn more about a person in an hour of play, than in a year of conversation." Have you heard that before? Have you proved it true with an unguarded comment during a heated game? Nick is here today to share several Bible verses that will help you take control of your speech before it takes control of you.
STEP 3 - RESPOND
(How will you Win Today?)
Anger itself isn’t a sin. It’s what you do with anger that matters. But what if you’re angry ... at God? Is that ok? Jon Winkelman helps you see the balance between anger and honoring God.
Today, if you find yourself feeling angry with God, cry out to Him. When we cry out to God, and seek Him in His Word, He always answers!
STEP 4 - REVEAL
(How will you reveal Jesus to others today through praying and sharing?)
Shannon reminds us of the four Rs of Bible Engagement (Read, Reflect, Respond, Reveal). She'll then lead us in a prayer asking God for courage and opportunities to reveal His truth to the world around us.
