Happy Monday! We're excited to join you and start this work week fresh and focused on God's Word.
Our sample workout for today starts with a look at 1 Timothy and some practical advice from Paul about prayer, then Gary will share some challenging wisdom from the Bible to help us move past our hurts. Coach Justus will remind us of the healing that forgiving ourselves brings, and then Janette will lead our prayer time today as we begin our week.👇
