We pray that today's spiritual fitness workout helps you remember the good things God does for you each and every day! "Let all that I am praise the LORD; may I never forget the good things he does for me." Psalm 103:2
STEP 1 - RECEIVE
(Receive God's Word and Grow in Bible Knowledge)
There are people who challenge Christianity knowing very little about it. But then there are the false teachers who knowingly spread lies about God's Word. It's about these that Paul warns Timothy as he continues his letter. We'll be reminded of God's amazing grace available to all, free of charge.
STEP 2 - REFLECT

None of us like the word, but failure is part of all of our lives. And if we're being honest, sometimes failure can bring out the worst in us.
