Here's a strength training tip to boost you through your day: "But those who trust in the Lord will find new strength. They will soar high on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint." Isaiah 40:31
STEP 1 - RECEIVE

The importance of Christian community cannot be understated. The love and support we get from a strong family of believers can carry us through many storms. And it's the "storm" of the final days that Paul warns Timothy--and us--about as he continues his letter. As the world gets worse, our love ought to grow stronger.
STEP 2 - REFLECT
