SPIRITUALLY FIT | TODAY

In this episode of Spiritually Fit Today, Arnie Cole and preschool expert Mrs. Thimijan discuss how nurturing self-image and faith in young children can plant lifelong spiritual roots. Drawing on 43 years of experience, Mrs. Thimijan shares practical ways parents and caregivers can build confidence, encourage gifts, and foster trust, all grounded in Proverbs 22:6. Discover the power of affirmation, prayer, and community in shaping a child’s spiritual and emotional well-being.

BACK TO THE BIBLE DAILY

In this episode of Back to the Bible Daily, Braden Pedersen reflects on Isaiah 40:29–31, offering encouragement for those feeling weary in any area of life. Discover how true strength comes from waiting on the Lord, not from self-sufficiency.

ADDITIONAL STEPS:

STEP 1 - RECEIVE

(Receive God's Word and Grow in Bible Knowledge)

As we continue our study of Revelation, we'll look at two more letters to the early churches: one example we should aspire to, and one we should avoid. Join us as we look at the praise Jesus had for the church in Philadelphia, and the warning He had for the church in Sardis.

STEP 2 - REFLECT

(How does this Scripture Apply to your life?)

Do you find yourself being discouraged often? Do some days feel like they're just too much. Jacob is here today to share some observations of his own about his own discouraging days. He'll also provide some wisdom he has learned from the Bible to help you find the encouragement you need.

STEP 3 - RESPOND

(How will you Win Today?)

If wrong thinking leads to wrong feeling, then where might right thinking lead you?  Spiritual Fitness Coach Shannon Lenz gives you a reset for discouragement with a look at how mindset matters!

Rather than focus on your problems, turn to God’s Word and focus on a passage that is encouraging, wise, right, pure, clean, true, and righteous. Write it down. Think about it throughout the day.

STEP 4 - REVEAL

(How will you reveal Jesus to others today through praying and sharing?)

We've all felt the thrill and validation that comes from some well-timed encouragement. Well now it's your turn. Seth leads our prayer time today asking God for opportunities to share some encouragement with others.
