SPIRITUALLY FIT | TODAY
In this episode of Spiritually Fit Today, Arnie Cole and guest Mrs. Thimijan discuss how distracted parenting impacts a child’s spiritual growth. Discover practical ways busy adults can create meaningful, faith-anchoring moments with children, even in a tech-filled world.
BACK TO THE BIBLE DAILY
In today’s episode of Back to the Bible Daily, host Braden Pedersen reflects on Proverbs 3:5–6, exploring what it means to trust God fully, especially in times of uncertainty. Discover how to lean on God’s wisdom rather than your own understanding and invite Him into every area of your life for faithful guidance and direction.
ADDITIONAL STEPS:
STEP 1 - RECEIVE
(Receive God's Word and Grow in Bible Knowledge)
Revelation is primarily known as a book of judgment. But who is worthy to judge the world? That's the first question we look at as we continue our study. We'll look at why only Jesus is worthy, and we'll consider some prophecies that come from elsewhere in the Bible too.
STEP 2 - REFLECT
(How does this Scripture Apply to your life?)
Our lives can often play out like a soap opera. Just when we are at peace and all is well, past mistakes come back to haunt us. Maybe not in the form of an old adversary waking from a coma, but in memories that refuse to leave you alone. Tom is here today to share some words from the Bible that will help you leave the past in the past.
STEP 3 - RESPOND
(How will you Win Today?)
What does baseball have to do with forgiving yourself? Quite a bit if you listen to this message about the time Peter thought he had “struck out” with Jesus. Spiritual Fitness Coach Paula Lube encourages you not to bench yourself, but to get back in the game!
Be honest with Jesus about your sins and shortcomings. Take them to Him so He can forgive, renew and reinstate you just like He did for Peter!
STEP 4 - REVEAL
(How will you reveal Jesus to others today through praying and sharing?)
It doesn't take much to become cynical these days; and with that, it's hard not to see other people as just obstacles and annoyances. But what if we could see the world through Jesus' eyes. Seth leads our prayer time today asking God for a measure of His love and compassion for the world around us.
