The Book of Jude is a small but important part of the New Testament. In this short letter, Jude challenges his readers not just to be wary of false teachers, but to defend the faith against them. When believers work together, the truth will always prevail.

Often the best advice we can receive is direct and to the point--especially when it concerns things like our relationship with God and others. Today, Mark is here with some "pull-no-punches" words of encouragement from the Book of Galatians and a prayer to help us avoid angry outbursts.

Where does your anger come from? Spiritual Fitness Coach Sherri Kreps shares her personal story of discovering the source of her anger and how the Lord helped her.
The next time you feel your anger rising, stop and take a close look at your thoughts. What's prompting these feelings? Do they rise from a problem you can solve? Seek a way to calmly address that issue. Is it because of something you have no control over? Then don't let it control you either!
STEP 4 - REVEAL
(How will you reveal Jesus to others today through praying and sharing?)
Just like a vine can't produce fruit if it is cut off from the rest of the plant, we can't produce fruit when we fail to abide in Jesus. Join Donna as she prays with us that we would grow as we abide in Christ.
